Our house had been on the market for nine months with another nationally branded realtor. We needed to try a different approach. We had dozens of realtors to come out of the woodwork when our house came off of MLS. After interviewing several very good realtors, we chose Anthony over everyone else because he presented us with a whole team and thorough process approach. As I was reflecting on the last year I felt that I wanted to share my experience with someone who may get some use from it. Ill start where the journey of home buying began for my wife Kristy and I in July of 2012. We began to start the home search and selection process online mostly through realtor.com and since we had a realtor in the family, it was a no brainer who we would hire to guide us on our journey. Well, my wife chose to get more information about a home through a link to the Anthony djon realty team, community choice realty and after speaking with him and assuring me, a skeptic, that Anthony seemed genuine. If you are going to use the services of Anthony Djon, and I do mean "services", it will only be in your best interest. This man has many talents that are needed concerning purchasing a home that my wife and I never knew were even needed. He is an exceptional negotiator as well as an expert in financing. He has absolutely never, ever, not answered his phone or made himself unavailable for my wife and I. Anthony did a fantastic job selling our house! We decided to move to Florida and were really unsure of what to do with the house in MI. In my complicated, hectic life an angel came to help me.
